Delicious and aromatic breakfast tea. Recommened during or after sports activities and sauna ritual as is reach with minerals and vitamins.

Ingredients: fermented apple leaves, blackcurrant leaves, dried apples, clover, lemon balm, mountain ash.

Directions:   Pour hot water over 2 g of herbs, allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
