I will guide you through the process of creating your own Tea Mandala – a mindful journey in the presence of herbs, rooted in intention, deep listening, and gentle discovery.

This ritual is an invitation to pause and receive the subtle support of plants as companions on your life path.

Come if you're longing for clarity, grounding, or heartfelt connection. Let the plants speak to your senses and offer guidance through a warm cup of tea.

🌿 What the process includes:

• Grounding – tuning into your body and sensations, formulating your tea’s intention

• Herb meditation – meeting each plant through all your senses and listening to its message

• Mandala creation – gently shaping your own tea mandala from chosen herbs

• Feeling tea – a custom-blended tea that reflects your intention, named by you

🌼 A simple daily tea ritual can become a kind and steady companion in your everyday life.

✅ Practical details:

• The session takes place on Zoom

• Duration: up to 1 hour

• You will need at least 9 different herbs (you can order one of the Tea Mandala Kits separately)

• A computer or phone with internet, something to write with, and a quiet space to work with herbs and build your mandala
